Yes, our products contain soy lecithin, an emulsifier which helps give our chocolate its unbelievably smooth texture.

While our chocolates do not contain nuts, they are produced using equipment that also processes tree nuts (almonds and macadamia nuts). We have a robust allergen program in place to help ensure no cross-contamination occurs, and each of our ingredient suppliers also works under a Food Safety Program which includes an allergen program.

While many of our ingredients are kosher certified, the final product is not.

Our dark chocolate bites and truffles are vegan, containing no dairy and no animal products. Our milk chocolate products are not vegan, as they contain dairy.

All of our products are keto-friendly and have an incredibly low net carb count (<1 net carb per serving).

Because our products are sugar-free, they are considered diabetic-friendly.

Our products do not need to be refrigerated, so feel free to enjoy them at room temperature.

We sweeten our chocolate with a powder form of maltitol because it allows us to create amazing-tasting chocolates that fit well within a healthy lifestyle, with an incredibly low net carb count (less than 1 net carb per serving) and lower glycemic index than chocolates sweetened with traditional sugar. Net carbs are calculated by subtracting Dietary Fiber and Sugar Alcohols from Total Carbs. For example, the net carbs calculation for our dark chocolate truffles is as follows: [Total Carbs 6g] - [Dietary Fiber 1g] - [Sugar Alcohols 5g].

Our dark chocolates are 55% cocoa, and our milk chocolates are 35% cocoa.

Our chocolates are individually wrapped for perfect portion control and portability.

Shipping chocolate during the warmer summer months requires insulated packaging and cold packs - these additional materials and weight increase the shipping costs.

We ship using the best option to get your chocolates delivered in their best condition. During the warmer months, each package is packaged with insulation and gel packs for protection from the heat, and orders only ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent the chocolate from melting during the shipping process over the weekends.
